The Continuous Enrollment Opt-Out Period is February 9–23, 2026.
What is Continuous Enrollment?
Continuous Enrollment means that when you enroll in OCS, you are enrolling from that date until your child graduates, or unless you submit an Intent to Withdraw form.
What happens during the Continuous Enrollment period?
Your student is already enrolled for the following year, and the annual enrollment fee will be billed via FACTS on February 24, 2026. If your child will not be returning for the next academic year, you will need to submit an Intent to Withdraw form by February 23, 2026, to avoid owing the annual enrollment fee. Find information about the enrollment fee and updated tuition on our Tuition & Fees page.
We will not be returning to OCS next year. What should we do?
Submit an Intent to Withdraw form before February 23, 2026. Your FACTS account will not be billed. Your student will not be enrolled for 2026-2027.
What happens if we decide not to return to OCS next year and we withdraw after February 23?
If we have not received an Intent to Withdraw form from you before February 23, 2026, the enrollment fee will be billed through your FACTS account. This fee is non-refundable.
If my student is continuously enrolled, can the school choose to unenroll my child?
Yes, Ovilla Christian School continues to reserve the right to withdraw a student at any time due to academic performance, student behavior issues, financial delinquency, or failure to follow through with the home/church/school partnership.
If your student will not be returning for the 2026-2027 school year, complete this form by February 23, 2026, to avoid paying the annual enrollment fee.
Tuition and fees are updated each February.
