Ovilla Christian School uses ParentSquare to communicate with parents and engage our community. Join us on this unified platform to participate in conversations with your child’s teachers, parent and athletic groups, and the school administration. It will also replace the current emergency notification system.
New parents/guardians, you will receive a welcome text and email message from ParentSquare. The email directs you to download the app, create an account, and verify your contact methods. Your child(ren) will automatically be linked to your account, and you will be able to receive school communications that pertain to your child(ren).
If you do not receive a ParentSquare welcome message, please notify the OCS Office.
We will use ParentSquare to encompass weekly communication from the administration. Your teachers will use it to show you what is happening in the classrooms. Coaches and athletic staff will have groups dedicated to the parents of their student-athletes. We believe you will find ParentSquare to be an effective, user-friendly communication tool.

Receive messages from OCS via email, text or app notification (customize your preferences).
Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest email at 6:00 pm.
Communicate in your preferred language.
Comment on postings to engage with our school community.
Direct message teachers, staff, and other parents without sharing cell phone numbers.
Participate in group messages.
Sign up for parent-teacher conferences.
Send payments, sign forms and permission slips, receive attendance updates, sign up to volunteer or bring items for functions, and more—all from your desktop or mobile device.
