High School at Ovilla Christian School will provide opportunities and guidance by challenging students in academics as well as athletics competition and the fine arts for learning, service, and leadership within a biblical framework to the glory of Jesus Christ.
Our High School consists of 9th-12th grade. All grades use Bob Jones Curriculum, which is standards based and completely biblically integrated.
All OCS High School teachers:
1. Maintain certification from the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI);
2. Demonstrate a foundation of genuine faith in Christ and a commitment to a local church; and
3. Are clearly called to the ministry of Christian Education.
Academic competition is encouraged and sponsored through TAPPS (Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools) events.

Two field trips each school year: one service and one educational
Standardized Testing: PSAT 9, PSAT 10, PSAT NMSQT 11, SAT 11-12, Pre-ACT 10, ACT 11-12

Organizations
National Honor Society—Soaring Eagles Chapter
The National Honor Society recognizes and encourages development in the areas of leadership, scholarship, service, and character.
A faculty member may recommend a student for membership to the National Honor Society if the following qualifications have been met:
maintained a 93 or above cumulative average;
demonstrated leadership qualities;
and completed the required community service hours.
