FACTS SIS exists to solidify the partnership between parents and Ovilla Christian School by keeping them informed about their students’ progress and growth. Secondary students can access FACTS through their own credentials, giving them a tool to grow in responsibility.
Parents and Students (6th-12th grade) can access FACTS Family Portal:

Our District Code is OCS-TX.
Type in your username and password.
First time logging in? Click “Create New Account.”
Parent: use the email address you gave to the Admissions Office, as this is a part of your FACTS profile.
Student: use your OCS email address (first.last@ocsstu.org).
Having trouble? Email the Admissions Office.
Things you can do on the FACTS Family Portal:
View student(s) grades, schedule, behavior, and attendance;
Update email, phone number, emergency contacts, and pick-up contact information;
(Parents Only) Set up your tuition payment plan and pay incidental fees.
How to set up your tuition payment plan:
Login to FACTS Family Portal.
Click the Financial tab on the left side.
Click Set up a Payment Plan from the Financial Links box.
You should now be on the FACTS Tuition Management page. Click Begin to walk through the steps of selecting a payment plan.
Due to the nature of online transactions, there is a payment setup fee that varies depending on which plan you choose. There is also a fee if you choose to use a credit/debit card instead of a bank draft.
