Student/Family Updates

Address and Contact Information Changes

Log into FACTS Family Portal and update your information, including:

• Home address

• Phone numbers (student and parent)

• Emergency contacts

• Pick-up Permission

ParentSquare automatically syncs and updates regularly with the information entered into FACTS. If you need to update ParentSquare contact information, please update in FACTS Family Portal and allow 24 hours for the sync.

StudentSquare can be accessed with a student’s OCS email address. Use the “Sign-in with Google” button and enter your OCS student email credentials (6th-12th grade only).

Student Withdrawal

Fill out the Intent to Withdraw form to provide official notice to the OCS Office (1 per student).

Student Billing Changes

Email Tracy Phillips (tphillips@ovillachristianschool.org) for changes to FACTS billing.

Request for Report Card or Transcripts

Fill out the Report Card or Transcript Request form.

Request for VOE (Verification of Enrollment/Attendance)

Fill out the VOE for Driver Training form.
